Little Panda, A Mandarin Immersion Preschool is a full immersion morning preschool program operated by the acclaimed Durham Chinese School (see below). Children 3 to 5-years-old attend Little Panda Preschool 2 to 5 days a week from 8:45am-12:40pm. Mandarin language and Chinese culture are taught through art, music, dance, mealtime and free play all of which are directed exclusively by our highly-educated native Mandarin speaking instructors (see "About Us" for teacher bios). For a longer school day please see our Extended Day Program below.

Little Panda, Extended Day Program is currently available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:40-4:00pm. Classes are available for preschoolers 3 and 4-year-olds, as well as school age children 5 to 11-year-olds. Students 12 and older interested in attending should inquire directly and we will accommodate you.

Little Panda, Summer Camp is modeled after our reputable preschool and after school programs providing all the benefits of a Mandarin Immersion education in a safe, fun, active, camp environment. See Class Info for our themes for each weekly session.

Adult Mandarin Language Classes are offered weeknights and Saturdays. Classes are structured in four-week sessions at varying skill levels. These class are also ideal for those interested in brushing up on their Mandarin Chinese language skills before heading over to the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, China.

Parent Workshops are available at the start of each semester for our students' care givers who are interested in helping the children retain and practice their Mandarin lessons at home.
